#Throwback Firsts are always special 😊I started my research journey when I was in my 3rd year of Med school, and since then my passion for research has only grown deeper. I opted for an original research as I wanted to have a deeper understanding of the process right from finalising a topic to the publication stage. I was fortunate enough to have an encouraging mentor who helped me understand the basics of this art form. I believe research is an art and one can only master it once you devote quality time, efforts and dedication towards yielding an outcome. I was fortunate enough to have the paper published and also had the opportunity to present it at the prestigious “Royal Society of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene” as a poster back in the year 2021 🎉‼️The journey continues and I’m happy to have been a part of other qualitative research papers and had the opportunity to deliver the best of my capacity. #publication #published #researchstudy #researchopportunity #originalstudy #conference #posterpresentation #rstmh #medicalmeet #throwback #researchopportunities

Dear scholars, researchers, scientists, stakeholders, students, and the scientific world. We are thrilled to share our November publication on the KAP of non-healthcare students on AMR and AMS. We believe this study and similar studies are critical in understanding the awareness and knowledge of populations on AMR and AMS. In so doing, such studies help to address the GAP on AMR objectives which emphasizes on the need to promote awareness and knowledge of individuals on AMR. Thus, it is critical to identify gaps on AMR and AMS awareness, knowledge, attitudes, and practices among critical populations including students. Our paper can be accessed on:https://lnkd.in/eN84Nj9torhttps://lnkd.in/exqzBwUS

Some of the words from this week's readings for Research Methods class. Not nearly my favorite topic. I don't plan to DO research. But I've become accustomed to finding, reading, and incorporating it into papers, and now into my clinical work. #GoogleScholar #research #mentalhealth #wcupa #MSW #gradschool
