Strictly Come Dancing’s Kelvin Fletcher, 35, decided to overhaul his body after leaving Emmerdale in 2016.

After admitting he had more of a ‘dad bod’ after sharing a series of throwback photos of his previously-trimmed physique, the actor got himself back into the gym in November 2017.

And between then and now, the actor has transformed his body and managed to achieve the impressive physique he has now, and even took part in The Real Full Monty in 2019 to show off his results. Take a look at his fitness journey, below.
